If payment was received for a cancelled order, the applicable refund will be arranged through the payment channel.

You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Payments are processed through the gateway shown at checkout. ELLA does not request your card PIN, OTP or complete card credentials by phone, email or social media. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

Delivery availability, charges and estimates are shown at checkout. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, holidays or events outside our reasonable control. Returns, damaged products, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Shipping and Return Policy.
